Prince.....you and your music have been a HUGE influence on me and my life and I really want to THANK U from the bottom of my heart for sharing your talent, your passion and soul with us all. Your music has given me absolute joy, inspiration and strength. It has made me smile, it has helped me to cry at times, and it has always made me dance! I am eternally grateful to have attended 2 of your WELCOME 2 AUSTRALIA shows and an after party in Melbourne in 2012....and only recently to have been fortunate enough to experience your sublime, intimate and very special Spotlight: Piano & A Microphone shows, twice in Melbourne….and then a week later your final Australian show and incredible after party in Perth. At the time, flying off to the other side of the country on a last minute whim seemed like a kinda crazy thing to do….but even more than ever now, I am so thankful I followed my heart because not only was it an important lesson in spontaneity and living for the moment….it was an experience and memory that I will cherish forever. Being in your presence and seeing you so closely and personally was an honour and a blessing. And.......U SANG 'MY' SONG!!! THANK U Prince, MAD LOVE at U xoxoxo
