The first Prince song I ever liked was I Wanna Be Your Lover. Didn't know he sung it, but I liked it. Then n 1982, 1999 was released and I fell in love with the Purple One. I was never blessed to c him n person...but oh that music!! I just couldn't get enough!! N those sexy, mesmerizing eyes. Later in th 80's, life as a married woman, n my job took over n i lost track of him. But Prince was still n my heart.
I still can't believe he's gone. Prince remains n my heart though. U never lose it for ur first love.
