I am fortunate to be from the Twin Cities, MN, where The Artist is also from. I have been able to see Prince in concert three times ( Purple Rain Tour, Musicology Tour, and 7/7/07) as well as visit Paisley Studio and First Avenue. I feel as if Prince believed in himself and all things MN as much as a person could and for that I am proud. Be it the MN Lynx, Vikings, or a Mick Sterling Ray Charles tribute, he was supportive. Prince was part of what made our Twin Cities so great! Just look in the highway tunnel near Paisley Park ( I think he used to ride his bike through there); the graffiti is beautiful in memory of our legendary musical genius. You will be forever missed!
