At least in one sided romances....I was 9 years old in my sisters dorm room at Indiana University. I was dancing with her friends when the song I Wanna Be Your Lover started to play. I was hooked and had to find out more about this Prince. Find out more I did! I went and bought the album Prince, which I Wanna Be Your Lover was on, and For You, his very first album. I was a drummer and I played along to every song. It wasn't just that he was physically beautiful. It also wasn't just that he played every instrument, wrote every song and produced his own albums. Yes he was a musical genius! It was so much more. It was the voice that ranged from dirty deep sexy to the sensual falsetto that just made u wonder what would it be like to make love to him. Oh how many times did I sit alone with my tambourine and wonder that!!! Then once I saw him live, it was over. He would be the love of my life. The greatest gift God has given me other than my children. No, Prince was not their father but but they knew what he meant to me. I am 48 years old and have listened to his music and followed his career faithfully since that night at IU. To say I'm heartbroken at his death doesn't describe the way I feel. I'm happy he's no longer in pain but how I wish to see my sweet, beautiful and magically talented beyond compare Prince again. Rest in love and power Prince Rogers Nelson o(+>
