We are a dancing family in so many ways. For so many years with grand children it was always a time to make up a dance. Grandson insists we try a Spongy Legs dance from one of his plays.
Wife and I find those special times of moving together to great music, mostly in our living room but also on a Salsa dance floor somewhere in the middle of a crowd where we can play.
Dance is my sleepy time remedy and my waking up routine. My experiment is syncing up as many body parts as I can, adding in my breathing, then my seeing, then my weight falling and rising. Eventually I am just smiling. Then I am ready to go back to sleep or back to bed. Either way works great.
